1. About GogoPlus

GogoPlus is operated by GogoPlus Limited, a company incorporated in Ghana. GogoPlus is a pharmacy infrastructure platform that connects patients, caregivers, and healthcare users to accredited pharmacies across Ghana.

GogoPlus is not a pharmacy. GogoPlus does not own, stock, sell, or dispense medicines. All medicines available through the platform are stocked and dispensed by independent, licensed, and accredited partner pharmacies registered with the Pharmacy Council of Ghana. GogoPlus provides the technology layer that makes it possible to find, order, and receive medicines through those pharmacies.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GogoPlus mobile application, website (gogoplusonline.com), or any related service (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including patients, caregivers, and any other person who registers an account or interacts with GogoPlus services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a GogoPlus account. If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

By using GogoPlus, you confirm that the information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

4. Your Account

To place orders and access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure and confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying GogoPlus immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

GogoPlus reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or where fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Our Services

The GogoPlus Platform enables users to:

• Search for medicines and view real-time availability across partner pharmacy branches.
• View medicine prices and compare options across pharmacies.
• Upload prescriptions for secure submission to a selected pharmacy.
• Place orders for medicine delivery or pharmacy pickup.
• Add and use health insurance details when placing orders.
• Make payments via Mobile Money, debit or credit card, or the GogoPlus Wallet (Pharma Balance).

Medicine availability shown on the Platform reflects data provided by our partner pharmacies. GogoPlus does not guarantee that any medicine will be in stock at the time of your order. Availability is subject to change.

6. Prescriptions

Some medicines require a valid prescription issued by a licensed medical professional before a pharmacy can dispense them. It is your responsibility to ensure that any prescription you upload is:

• Genuine, valid, and issued to you by a licensed healthcare professional.
• Not expired, altered, or duplicated for unauthorised use.

GogoPlus transmits your prescription securely to your selected pharmacy. The dispensing decision rests entirely with the licensed pharmacist at the partner pharmacy. GogoPlus does not review, validate, or approve prescriptions.

Submitting a false, forged, or altered prescription is a serious offence under Ghanaian law. GogoPlus will cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in any investigation related to prescription misuse.

GogoPlus does not provide medical advice. Nothing on the Platform constitutes a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or substitute for professional medical or pharmaceutical guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

7. Insurance

GogoPlus allows you to save your health insurance details — including NHIS and private insurance — to your account. When you place an order, your insurance information is transmitted to the partner pharmacy, which processes the insurance claim on your behalf using its own claims workflows.

GogoPlus is not an insurance provider and is not responsible for the outcome of any insurance claim. Claim approval, rejection, or partial coverage is determined entirely by your insurer and the partner pharmacy. GogoPlus makes no guarantee that your insurance will cover any particular order or medicine.

You are responsible for ensuring that the insurance details you provide are accurate and current.

8. Payments

GogoPlus accepts the following payment methods:

• Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo)
• Debit and credit cards
• GogoPlus Wallet (Pharma Balance)

All payments are processed securely. Prices displayed on the Platform are set by partner pharmacies and may vary between branches. GogoPlus is not responsible for pricing errors made by pharmacies, though we will work to resolve disputes in good faith.

Orders are subject to confirmation by the partner pharmacy. If a pharmacy is unable to fulfil your order after payment, GogoPlus will facilitate a refund in accordance with our refund policy. For queries regarding payments, contact us at info@gogoplusonline.com.

9. Delivery

Delivery is coordinated between GogoPlus and its partner pharmacies and logistics providers. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, high demand, or other factors outside our control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. GogoPlus and partner pharmacies are not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or inaccessible addresses.

Certain medicines may not be eligible for delivery and may require in-person pharmacy collection, as determined by the dispensing pharmacist.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the GogoPlus Platform to:

• Submit false, forged, or altered prescriptions.
• Provide inaccurate personal, insurance, or payment information.
• Order controlled substances without a valid prescription.
• Resell medicines obtained through the Platform.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with Platform security features.
• Engage in any activity that is fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to other users, pharmacies, or GogoPlus.
• Violate any applicable Ghanaian law or regulation.

GogoPlus reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently ban any account found to be in violation of these rules.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the GogoPlus Platform — including but not limited to the GogoPlus name, logo, app design, website content, text, images, and software — is the property of GogoPlus Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any GogoPlus content without express written permission from GogoPlus Limited.

12. Disclaimer

The GogoPlus Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain accurate and up-to-date medicine availability data, GogoPlus makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of medicine availability information.
• The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
• The quality, safety, or suitability of medicines dispensed by partner pharmacies.

GogoPlus does not endorse any specific medicine, treatment, or pharmacy beyond confirming that partner pharmacies hold valid licences from the Pharmacy Council of Ghana.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law, GogoPlus Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Errors or delays in medicine availability information.
• Decisions made by pharmacists or healthcare professionals regarding dispensing.
• Insurance claim outcomes.
• Delivery delays or failures caused by third-party logistics providers.
• Any reliance on information provided on the Platform as medical advice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits GogoPlus's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Ghanaian law.

14. Termination

You may deactivate your account at any time by contacting us at info@gogoplusonline.com.

GogoPlus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to users, pharmacies, or GogoPlus.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — shall remain in effect.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

16. Changes to These Terms

GogoPlus may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the app or by email.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
